The "load date" is the date that the page contents was last updated. This does not mean that any new actions have occurred on this date. Instead, it means that the information provided was accurate up to that time. Thus, a lease could have been closed years ago, but the load date could be last week. Conversly, it means that any activity that has occurred to an open lease since this date would not be reflected until the next update.
